I just realized when I posted that thing about Musician’s Friend that I had never actually published the picture I took the first time I set up the ’studio’.
Looks pretty pro, huh? Not bad for $156 shipped. Now I just need to get another mic, and better stands. (I wanted desktop boom stands, but they weren’t in stock…not that it ended up mattering)

Timely considering I was just admiring my gear last night and wishing I had the other mic I was going to buy.
Musician’s Friend: You will have your truce! But know this; ours is a fragile alliance! Do not trifle with me as there is already a small field nearby peppered with the shallow graves of those who have crossed me…this week.

(Laid to waste, that is.)
So, as my recent blog post indicates, I’m having some trouble getting the audio equipment I paid for out of those bastards at Musician’s Friend, which would be why I haven’t gotten another podcast up yet.
I’m giving them one more chance to get me my stuff by the end of the week, then it’s BBB and I have paypal yoink the payment.
